FSJ are delighted to be working with Funeral Solution Expert (FSE) again this year in support of their annual independent funeral directors survey. FSE are an independent research and consultancy business working in the funeral sector and this is the 4th time this annual survey has run.

This is an opportunity for Independent funeral directors to have their say about how they feel about funeral plans, how satisfied they are with their plan provider, and how FCA regulation and regulatory requirements continue to affect funeral plan business (positively or negatively). The survey also explores direct cremation and views on other current pressures affecting business.

The survey is being supported this year by NAFD and by SAIF as well as a number of funeral plan firms who value the insight the survey provides. FSE also feed back survey findings directly with the FCA and where regulation of the funeral plan market continues to present challenges.

The online survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. A donation of £5 for each of the first 100 completed surveys will be made to Hospice UK by FSE. The survey is open until Thursday 24th October 2024.
