We are inviting the UK’s independent funeral directors to take part in a short (around 5-10 minutes) online survey about Funeral Plans, FCA regulation, and Direct Cremation. By doing so, you can also help raise valuable funds for Hospice UK. This is the third time this annual survey has run.
This is your opportunity to have your say about how you feel about funeral plans, how satisfied you are with your plan provider, and how FCA regulation has affected your funeral plan business (positively or negatively). The survey is also seeking to further understand views on direct cremation.
This survey is being completed by Trajectory Partnership, working with Funeral Solution Expert (an independent research and consultancy firm) and is also supported by NAFD.
For each of the first 100 surveys completed a donation of £5 will be made to Hospice UK, to support the great work they are doing in our communities. The survey will be closing on Thursday October 5, so please respond before then.
Headline findings of the research will be shared in future editions of Funeral Service Journal. Key concerns of Funeral Directors will also be shared with the FCA.
