Tributes, the West Sussex-based supplier to the funeral sector, has appointed Tori Bush to its Board of Directors.

Tori, who has worked at Tributes as Sales Manager since 2017, has been instrumental in achieving the company’s sales targets, and developing its long-term strategic goals.

Tori is responsible for all aspects of the sales process at Tributes and Petributes, which includes managing the sales team, setting targets, analysing key trends and product data and working on new product developments and launches.

Ahead of joining Tributes, Tori cycled solo around the world for two and a half years, riding more than 30,000km through 33 countries including the United States, Thailand and Japan. She supported her trip’s outgoings by running a lodge in Japan during the winter season.

As the daughter of Tributes founder Richard Bush, Tori has had the unique perspective of seeing the business grow from the outset. The company prides itself on its family feel, and like many of the family-run funeral directors which it supplies, values that some of its team members are related to one another.

Adam Masters, Managing Director at Tributes, commented: “Tori is a respected member of the team here at Tributes, and we are delighted that she now forms part of our Board. Her insight, strong customer connections and down-to-earth approach are a powerful combination and we’re very pleased to have her input on a strategic level as we develop and grow the business.”

Tori Bush, Sales Director at Tributes, added: “This step into directorship is an exciting one, and I’m very proud to be helping guide the business forward. At its heart Tributes has always been a family orientated business, and we understand our role in helping and supporting other families during very difficult times.

“This new responsibility certainly seems a far cry from the Saturday mornings of my childhood where I pitched in to help with packaging orders, and I’m looking forward to playing my part in our success in the months and years to come.”
