National charity Sue Ryder have launched a new campaign to help bereaved people – Grief Kind.

The charity is offering a range of resources to help people cope with grief and bereavement themselves, or to help them support friends and family members who have lost a loved one.

On offer via the Sue Ryder website are Grief Kind emails giving expert advice, video classes with first-hand stories from people who the charity has helped, blogs, guidance on supporting someone who has been bereaved, tips on what to write in a bereavement card, advice on men and grief, and a three-part podcast with Sue Ryder ambassador Clover Stroud with celebrity guests.

The charity has also placed a TV advert to publicise the campaign, narrated by actor Richard E Grant – see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=foXcLPk7cEQ.
